Government Forces Wages Up in Some States and Down in Others! |

CLICK HERE TO SEND A LETTER TO YOUR SENATOR AND TELL THEM TO NOT VOTE ON ANOTHER DAVIS-BACON FILLED BILL UNTIL THE WAGE CALCUALTIONS ARE FIXED.
While the liberals claim they want to help the average American worker, they continue to pass legislation filled with an outdated wage requirement called the Davis-Bacon Act which uses flawed survey data from the Wage and Hour Division (WHD). This Act forces pay above market wages in one state and below market wages in another.
The data used in these calculations is collected using self-reported surveys primarily filled out by the unions.
The continued implementation of a flawed wage calculating system using WHD data raises the public construction costs by 9.91% per year.
What does this mean to you and your family? By raising constructions costs using WHD data to determine wages, it costs American taxpayers $8.6 billion in overpayments for public construction projects every year!
Make no mistake, contact your Senators and Representatives immediately and tell them NOT to pass another bill with the flawed Davis-Bacon Act wage provisions and to permanently fix this Act by requiring accurate wage data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics be used in the calculations.
