AWF Urges Senate to Vote NO on Forced Bargaining Bill S. 2123

On May 13, 2008, Tuesday evening, the U.S. Senate is expected to vote on S. 2123, the so-called "Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act of 2007". This legislation will mandate states engage in forced bargaining with unions, cripple state budgets, usurp states rights and directly violate the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution by disregarding the seperation of powers.
