McCain vs Obama: 2008 Worker Freedom Election

Our researchers and policy analysts have compiled a matrix that we hope encompasses every aspect of worker freedom. We looked at past voting records, official statements, interviews and campaign positions to pull together what we feel is an accurate reflection of each candidate on various worker and labor issues. The issues we looked analyzed are; Right to Work, Collective Bargaining, Paycheck Protection, Card Check, Minimum Wage, Pension Reform, Privatization, Competitive Sourcing, Prevailing Wage / Davis Bacon Act, Union Financial Transparency, Regulatory Reform, FMLA, Independent Contractor Reform, Ledbetter "Fair Pay Act", and Free Trade.
