Massachusetts: East Boston Construction Firm Indicted For Wage, Overtime Violations
According to the Boston Business Journal:
An East Boston construction company has been indicted for violating the Bay State's prevailing wage and overtime laws as well as committing perjury.
GVW Inc. was indicted on Thursday by a Suffolk County grand jury on charges of failure to pay prevailing wage, failure to pay overtime, failure to submit true and accurate certified payroll records and perjury.
