The Supreme Court on Wednesday June 26^th ruled that President Barack Obama overstepped his authority in regards to recess appointments of three members to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), made in 2012. Politico quoted Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah on the decision of court:

 “Today, the Supreme Court emphatically rejected President Obama’s brazen efforts to circumvent the Constitution, bypass the people’s elected representatives, and govern above the law…The Court has reaffirmed the Senate’s vital advice-and-consent role as a check on executive abuses.”
