On episode two of his One America News Network show, Political Plots Revealed, Grover Norquist shared an ad campaign from the Center for Worker Freedom.  The ad attacked a proposal for a government-run casino in Chicago.  CWF’s ad acted as an educational tool for local individuals in the community to get involved.  The casino would have helped union bosses at the expense of taxpayers.

Jason Nemes, the lead counsel representing 12 Kentucky counties in their fight for right-to-work, was recently featured episode of "The Grover Norquist Show."  

The 2016 Indicator of Labor Liberty, a Center for Worker Freedom project, was featured in Kevin Mooney’s Daily Signal piece, Where Does Your State Stand on the Right to Work?  This Project Maps Out the Answers.  The Daily Signal is The Heritage Foundation’s multimedia news organization. 

Big Labor magicians make opportunity disappear without a trace

Matt Patterson, executive director of the Center for Worker Freedom, notes:

"All across the country government agencies and union officials are colluding to restrict market access to these shared-economy companies. Sadly, if the government/union coalition is allowed to succeed, the result will be fewer opportunities for workers and fewer - and more expensive - options for consumers."

Jason Nemes, an advocate for right-to-work, signed Americans for Tax Reform’s Tax Payer Protection Pledge today, March 2, 2016.  The pledge commits candidates to oppose all tax increases. 

Nemes acts as lead counsel defending Kentucky counties which have passed right-to-work ordinances.  He is also running for Kentucky’s State House of Representatives; he hopes to represent the 33^rd District in eastern Louisville.  

Five things the UMWA spends miners’ money on 

Miners love barbecue.  Or at least their union does.  An examination of its annual financial disclosure form (LM-2) shows the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA) spent $23,518 at Mr. C’s BBQ… in just one year. 

That’s a lot of pork, in both senses of the word.    

For most people, the glitz and glamor of being in a new, big city is usually destroyed immediately following the first taxi ride.  That’s understandable, as most taxi rides make passengers feel ripped off and grossed out.  According to the South Florida
