The Center for Worker Freedom’s Matt Patterson was cited in a Watchdog.org study on January 15, 2015 for his response to union bosses’ allegation that workers are more likely to die on the job in right-to-work states.  Patterson told Watchdog.org:

“’This is the most despicable union propaganda I have ever seen; they’re basically saying ‘right-to-work could kill you.’ That’s outrageous, and as far as I know has zero data to back it up,’ Matt Patterson, executive director of the Americans for Tax Reform's Center for Worker Freedom, told Watchdog.org via email.”

“It was tough competition, but the NNU has distinguished itself by exemplifying the defining traits of organized labor — thuggish tactics, left-wing zealotry, and tireless advocacy for more and bigger government.”
